Awarded to an exceptional leader, this award will recognize someone who’s pioneering work in central banking and career in public service that has created a commendable mark in the banking community.

Paris Appreciation awards will be given to the author(s) of the speech, report, paper, presentation, or media that the judges feel the most significant contribution to economics within the field of central banking. Contribution will be judged on originality, clarity, and relevance.

This award will recognize a central bank that has shown significant improvement and/or significant leadership in clear communication across its internal and external platforms where the organization have demonstrated strong transparency to its stakeholders.

This award will be given who have shown excellence in reserve management at a central bank that could include divisional changes, improved asset, updated policy guidelines, deployment of innovative reserves strategies, and liability framework or investment in a new asset class/ use new benchmarks.

This award will acknowledge a bank that has improved its cash management processes, implemented fraud prevention activities, and demonstrated design innovation. Launched or upgraded its banknote series.

This award will be given to an asset manager who has added value in managing central banks’ investment assets and other sovereign investors. The judges will assess innovation, quality of service, and risk management considerations. They will require a case study of an official institution and a client validation.

This award will be given to those who have made efforts to address the central bank’s challenges, official institutions clients. product range, idea generation, execution, and new markets in banking and World markets

This award will be given to a banknote and currency services provider who has worked with central bank clients to significantly improve their currency offerings. Particular attention will be given to innovations that have helped reduce fraud and cut overall currency operations costs.
